Not satisfied? Return your purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be unopened and undamaged. Refunds do not include shipping fees. Obtain your return authorization online before sending goods back. Special requirements apply to leather (roll and wrap securely), blades (cover edges), and freight (customer arranges return). Hazardous products require alternative return methods. We process returns within two weeks of receipt.
